The Role:
We are seeking an HR Transformation Project Manager to provide agile Project Management support to the Deputy Director of People Operations in order to drive efficiencies and deliver HR Digital transformation, and business as usual projects.
The postholder will manage multiple projects by managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to handover to business as usual to enable projects to be successfully delivered on time.
The postholder will identify and secure required resources, prioritising and overseeing the project activities, preparing and tracking project delivery plans, and escalating to stakeholders when required to enable projects to be successfully implemented.
Hybrid working is available for this role and can be discussed at interview.
Interviews are anticipated to be held end of January 2025.
