Requirements: This position covers the Hythe & Waterside areas, so local candidates who are comfortable with travel (Hythe, Dibden, Fawley, Blackfield, Holbury, Marchwood, etc.) are preferred. Must hold a UK driving licence and have regular access to a car. Shift patterns include 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm. Flexibility to work 1-2 evenings per week and alternate weekends is required to ensure balanced schedules for all team members. Applicants must be based in the UK at the time of applying & hold right to work by means of either – British citizenship, dependants visa, ancestry visa, spousal visa, settled or pre-settled status. About the Role: As a Community Care Assistant, you'll travel across through the Waterside and surrounding areas to provide personalised care to our customers in their homes, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life. Each customer has unique care plans tailored to their needs, ensuring every visit is meaningful and specific to them. Building strong relationships with customers is key, allowing you to suggest activities they'll enjoy, whether it's a day out at the beach or a completing a jigsaw at home.
