Part-Time Credit Controller

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing overdue accounts and chasing payments via phone and email.
2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts.
3. Resolving payment and invoice queries quickly and effectively.
4. Preparing aged debtor reports and customer statements.
5. Monitoring credit limits and assisting with credit assessments.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a credit control role.
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
3. High attention to detail and proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
