We currently have an amazing opportunity for a commercially astute and experienced Food and Beverage professional to join our highly successful team at The Grand as a Food and Beverage Manager.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager in this busy hotel, this position is a key contributor to the hotel's success.
The overall focus of the role is to lead and develop the Food and Beverage team to achieve consistently high standards of service that lead to exceeded guests' expectations, minimized costs, and maximum profitability:
1. To continuously work to strengthen and build the business by leading, managing and developing the team to deliver exceptional service to customers.
2. To develop and retain the team by providing leadership, training, and coaching through developing a customer engaging culture that provides motivation and passion to deliver fantastic results.
3. To strategically drive forward operating standards in the Food and Beverage sector.
4. To ensure that sales are maximized to meet targets and all costs, including payroll, are controlled in line with forecasts to maximize profitability.
