Location: Crawley, South of England Region
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Car + Commission
Progression: Head of Sales opportunity within 12 months

The Role:
As the Regional Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities. We're not looking for someone to just manage existing accounts; we need a proactive individual who can win new business and grow our client base.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing a regional sales strategy to drive growth across the South of England.
2. Identifying and targeting new business prospects across a variety of sectors.
3. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
4. Managing the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
5. Collaborating with the wider sales team to share insights and strategies for success.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by results and wants to take ownership of their region. Success in this role will see you fast-tracked to Head of Sales within 12 months, offering significant career progression.

1. Has a proven track record of securing new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
2. Can show success in opening doors with new clients, regardless of the industry.
3. Is results-driven, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
4. Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Is able to work independently but also collaborate effectively with the team.
6. Has a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel across the South of England.
