Maintenance Engineer Annual Salary: Up to £46,000 DOE Location: Chessington Job Type: Full-time, permanent We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to provide high-quality maintenance services, supporting the cleaning, inspection, assembly, and packing of equipment. This role is essential for ensuring all machinery and equipment operate efficiently and meet regulatory standards. Day-to-day of the Maintenance Engineer role: Maintain and repair all plant and machines to support service provision. Oversee the work of all contract and service engineers. Perform weekly tests to maintain machinery Report any changes in machine cycle profiles and any resulting maintenance needs to the National Maintenance Manager. Ensure all machinery is serviced before the commencement of quarterly and annual validation. Facilitate the scheduling of yearly validation of plant equipment. Manage the spare parts and tools store and advise on stock level replenishment. Carry out any other PPM weekly maintenance/inspection as scheduled in the plant maintenance schedule supporting the quality management system. Participate in an on-call rota and may require travel to other sites within the Group. Required Skills & Qualifications of the Maintenance Engineer: Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer Ability to oversee and coordinate the work of contract and service engineers. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and adherence to maintenance schedules. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with management. Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and travel to other sites as needed. Benefits for the Maintenance Engineer: Company van provided.
