* Partner with senior stakeholders to assess trends and provide strategic insights.
* Lead on operational business performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Deliver financial models and forecasts to support long-term business goals.
* Create board-level reports to inform leadership decision-making.
* Conduct detailed operational and financial analysis to improve efficiencies.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to influence business strategies and outcomes.
* Develop key metrics and benchmarks to assess organisational performance.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and data-driven projects.
Profile
The successful FP&A Analyst will be QBE/part/qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA and demonstrate:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Job Offer
* Competitive Salary: £48,000 - £55,000
* Hybrid working model: 2-3 days in the office + Occasional travel to London (expensed).
