Our vision for Allerton Grange School is to be recognised locally, regionally and nationally as an exceptional school and a beacon of best practice. In this key leadership role, you will have the opportunity to build upon our existing strengths and drive forward our vision for behaviour, culture, and attitudes. You will be responsible for implementing robust behaviour management systems, fostering a sense of community and belonging, and ensuring that our students develop the essential skills and attributes they need to thrive.

Our Values
Allerton Grange is a thriving, all ability, multi-cultural school with 1550 students, aged 11-18. We have increased our Year 7 intake to 300 and have waiting lists in every year group. We combine the benefits of a large school, with its many opportunities to study a wide range of subjects, with a friendly environment which is socially and culturally diverse.

The successful candidate will:
* Be an exceptional existing leader with a proven track record of creating positive, nurturing cultures where students can flourish.

* Have the knowledge, core values, behaviours and qualities needed to be an outstanding leader in our school
* Have the ability to lead change, inspire, engage and enthuse students, staff and the wider community

* Have experience or a good understanding of working in a diverse community
