Required skills and qualifications for the Customer Support Representative: Proficient in typing responses and handling customer interactions over the phone. Excellent telephone etiquette. Basic computer and IT skills, with efficient typing ability. GCSE or equivalent in English. Previous experience in customer service is essential.
