I am working with a Software Business that is looking for a Customer Success Manager. Ideally, you will have experience with sales or account management in Software Environments. Experience with Insurance or Software is a plus.
You will have strong account management skills and focus on clients getting the most out of the services they are using. You should have a customer-first mindset, monitoring customer feedback, and ensuring the highest levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Develop customer relationships, enhancing their experience and building trust.
* Provide support to Account Managers.
* Review transactions and provide reports for internal use.
* Focus on increasing customer knowledge to get the most out of services provided.
* Evaluate customer needs to enhance products provided through feedback.
* Build training plans.
* Develop customer success plans and work with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
* Create business cases accordingly.
* Support opportunities for growth - spotting opportunities for additional sales.
* Keep up to date with current market trends.
* Continuous communication.
* Onboard new customers.
* Renew customer contracts, looking for cross-sell opportunities.
* Monitor and provide feedback on customer account usage.
* Promote customer loyalty, devising loyalty programs and assisting the marketing team in creating collateral.
* Monitor issues raised, escalating where necessary.
Experience:
* Experience in Customer Success, Account Management within a software or insurance industry.
* Awareness of contractual terminology.
* Managing multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
* Understanding of software in the insurance industry.
* Knowledge of software development lifecycle and product lifecycle is an advantage.
* Knowledge of the insurance industry and broking business processes is an advantage.
