We Are Looking For:
A passionate and skilled Dim Sum Chef to join the team in Birmingham. This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment and is eager to contribute to our menu of beautifully crafted, traditional and contemporary dishes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Craft a variety of high-quality dim sum, showcasing skill and creativity.
2. Work closely with the culinary team to develop new dishes and menus.
3. Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
4. Manage inventory and supplies for the dim sum section.
5. Mentor junior kitchen staff and share your passion for dim sum.
