We are looking for a Training Project Manager who can think creatively and drive the establishment of onshore training for offshore technicians, preparing them for work at sea. The training setup will support our facilities in Esbjerg and focus on global delivery.
What you need to make a difference
We seek a candidate with a background in learning management and/or project management. Certification such as PMP or PMA is preferred. Experience with large-scale projects and international planning is essential.
Excellent English skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with Lean manufacturing tools are advantageous. If you lack wind industry experience, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization.
You should be able to switch between operational and strategic perspectives, pay attention to detail, and maintain a strategic overview. Being a team player and thriving in an international environment are crucial.
