We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead and motivate our Fast-Track EL/PL team within our Liverpool office. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving operational, financial, and client service performance, contributing significantly to the overall success of the Firm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of managing a dedicated team in a busy fast-paced environment, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of client services while upholding our firm’s values.
What the role involves...
As a Team Manager, you will provide clear and inspirational leadership, creating a motivated and high-performing team. You will ensure that all casework is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to our firm’s vision, values, and policies. A key part of the role is to deliver excellent client care, ensuring that cases are effectively supervised and managed, and that all team members are supported in their development.
Your responsibilities will include managing case allocation, ensuring optimal productivity, and monitoring costs while keeping write-offs to a minimum. You will oversee disbursement management and ensure compliance with billing procedures and KPIs, ensuring the team’s work aligns with the firm’s strategic objectives. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of client relationships, working closely with the Regional Manager and the wider management group to meet performance targets.
Who we are looking for...
We are looking for a professional with proven experience in Fast Track EL/PL litigation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. You should enjoy fostering excellent relationships both within your team and with external partners, while consistently upholding the firm’s standards and contributing to the overall success of the Firm.
To succeed in this role, you will need a solid understanding of Fast-Track accident work, the ability to manage complex cases from beginning to end, and the confidence to lead by example. You will also need strong supervisory skills and the ability to inspire and engage your team. Your communication and motivational abilities will play a central role in maintaining a positive and productive team environment.
