Lead Nurse
Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Salary - £43,894.00 per annum

Be part of something extraordinary at Epilepsy Society. We are seeking a values driven Registered Lead Nurse to join a charity that provides world leading support for people with epilepsy through Care, Research and Advocacy.
About the role
Epilepsy Society supports over 100 people with learning disabilities, epilepsy and additional needs. You will be working with all the people we support across 7 registered services on site in Chalfont St Peter.
You will promote and maintain the highest standards of nursing and person-centred care within each home through observation, clinical leadership and the support and empowerment of staff. You will monitor the quality of clinical outcomes for people supported, ensuring actions are taken in a timely manner by working with our multi disciplinary team and advising on nursing issues and appropriate treatment.
In addition, you will provide a triage service to all people supported to compliment the role of the GP service and epilepsy specialists. You will also provide an emergency response service to people supported, tenants, staff and visitors on site.
