What Were Looking For: Passion for Childrens Care : Demonstrated commitment to working with children and enhancing their well-being. Experience : No specific experience required for Support Workers, but a positive, enthusiastic attitude is essential. Qualifications : For Team Leaders, a Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Care or equivalent is a must. Drivers Preferred : A driving license is preferred but not essential.
