The Job This position is for a Buyer’s Admin Assistant looking after 3rd party Licensee’s product working across Fanwear Football and Motorsports. As a Buyer’s Admin Assistant you will support the Buyer working directly with the external team marketing/licensing functions, product licensees and internal partners identifying categories/products that have commercial and consumer relevance to be sold in our Points of Sale. You support smooth end-to-end operational flow in alignment with internal stakeholders like planning, logistics, and warehousing with administrative support for the buying team. Your Mission Provide essential support to the buying team to ensure the function runs smoothly Build relationships and understanding with all Team License partners. General day to day administrative support, actively assisting the Buying team, taking phone calls, responding to internal and external communication and supplier queries. Responsible for the data input for Product Line Management (PLM) system for the respective area including accurate item information for Data Management. Working alongside the Buying team and Supply Planning on the Critical Path including Labelling; Packaging; Shipment; Delivery into the warehouse (inbound); VAS. Liaising with E-comm team regularly to ensure all imagery and copy is uploaded prior to delivery for on time launches. Attend supplier meetings and trade shows with Buyer, where possible. Efficient sample management across multiple Teams. Keep and maintain all address books for suppliers and factories. Manage and maintain category range plans. Regular competitor analysis and price benchmarking. Maintain and grow relationships with wider business functions including Supply Planning, Inbound Transport, Merchandise Planning, Finance, Warehouse, and any other department where necessary. Your Talent Strong communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects efficiently. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Preferably knowledgeable and interested in the relevant categories. Excellent quantitative, written, and presentation skills; innovative, organized, thorough. Professional and logical approach to problem solving. Good enthusiasm to grow and work as part of the team. Willingness to learn and self-develop.
