A bit about the job: In this role you will be providing telephone support to our customers, processing and servicing their insurance policies, gathering the correct information professionally and efficiently. Whilst ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, standards, and customer service. In addition to, performing operational activities on multiple systems following procedural guidelines You will take time to understand the needs of our customers, building rapport, and tailoring the product to suit their needs and capable of utilising a range of systems simultaneously and work in a dynamic team. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities (minimum 24 hours) Our contact centre is open Monday - Friday 08:00 - 20:00, Saturday 8:00 - 18:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 and your shift pattern will cover these hours on a rotational basis. Most of our people are smart working and after the successful completion of training and you have achieved the desired competency level you will be eligible for smart working- spending around 50% of their time in our offices and 50% at home. Experience in the insurance industry is not essential, we will provide extensive training which you are required to attend for up 6 weeks in our Perth office and on a full-time basis.
