Responsible for IT application system implementation and maintenance, such as CMS ERP, CMS+ MES, IOT4.0 integration system, BP system etc.

Support IT application software’s maintenance, and supply the full 3rd level operation and maintenance supporting (The 1st and 2nd supporting are done by company’s local key user team), include: software process issue, data issue, operation issue, configuration issue, permission issue, OS operation issue and database issue etc., and make sure the well operation of each IT application system. For the issues which cannot be solved by Cosma China team, the issues will be escalated to vendors or MAGNA IT team, until the issues are solved finally.
Work together with local IT department of each company, and support them build their local IT application system supporting team, and finish key user training, process change, software customized development, new function implementation and issue tracking works.
Be familiar with all the business processes that are relevant with the IT application system; find the deficiency of these processes, and supply the change suggestion or total solution, and make sure the IT application system can be used in a high efficiency status and increase the working efficiency of employees.
Follow the IT software system daily running status that are currently in usage, build the system application running standard of Cosma China, and audit each company periodically. Support the companies that don’t match the standard to improve their system application.
Collect the new demands of each company, and combine the requirements of MAGNA group IT, propose the reasonable IT solution proposal.
Pay close attention to most cutting-edge IT software application technology, and consider how to use these cutting-edge tech into company’s daily operation, propose the reasonable IT application solution, and enhance company’s high efficiency operation.
Study and master the system’s new functions, and spread the usage within Cosma China.
Provide application system software training.
Identify potential areas for improvement, and/or cost reduction by investigating system bottlenecks, inefficient use of hardware/software tools, and future demand on resources. Propose and implement solutions.
Manage all IT solution relevant suppliers/support providers as required.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above. IT relevant major.
Above 4 years IT relevant working experience.
Be familiar with full process of ERP or MES system, and lead to implement more than 2 large/middle size ERP or MES projects.
Have some system integration experiences.
Be familiar with the usage and maintenance of database, and master to use SQL command.
Have some software development experience, and it’s better to have industry PLC development experiences.
Have some maintenance experiences of Windows server, unix/linux, Vmware, storage system and backup system.
Have some network and cabling experiences.
Master to use the MS Office software.
Good English skill.
Have strong responsibility, communication ability, execution power and self-learning ability.
Proven interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
Knowledge of company policies & procedures.
