The Role
Our client is seeking a Finance and Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis for a 12-month maternity cover contract, with the potential option to become permanent at the end of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Process invoices and receipts
- Provide general administrative support
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Organise and maintain files and records
- Assist in co-ordinating meetings and events
- Support the office with additional tasks as needed
Desirable Skills
- Experience in a finance or office administration role or a role of similar nature
- Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
