Now looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with blue chip clients, paired with a willingness to work hard and a high level of diligence, to serve clients.
Job Role
1. Take responsibility for the planning and direction of your accounts, identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.
2. Identify ways in which to sell products and services that satisfy customer needs, enhancing existing relationships with key decision-making individuals while maximising sale opportunities.
3. Understand customer requirements and the delivery of complex customer projects on time.
4. Provide direction in establishing and increasing market presence, maximising opportunities for account growth.
5. Refine business development strategy through research, identification and analysis of market trends and seeking out new opportunities.
6. Engage with the client to gain and maintain a thorough understanding of their business, their brand strategy and the market it operates in.
7. Monitor budgets, margins and profit.
8. Effectively manage your account pipeline to ensure accuracy of forecasts.
