Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their expanding property sales team. The role involves supporting the Sales department with a focus on efficiency, organisation, and transparent communication.
Main Duties
* Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.
* Handling department correspondence such as phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
* Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and property viewings.
* Arranging property boards.
* Performing data entry tasks, including updating records and databases for the Lettings department.
* Managing office supplies inventory to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Knowledge
* Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in filing and managing business correspondence and confidential information.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and research skills, with an aptitude for helping others.
* Previous experience in an estate agency or property sales team is desirable.
Salary and Hours
9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
