Electrical Engineer - Central Belt - Salary up to £39,000 CBW have a new opportunity for a maintenance electrician to join a leading facilities provider. Covering commercial contracts on a mobile basis throughout the Central Belt of Scotland. Key Responsibilities: Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical Maintain and update Logbooks Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes Repair and servicing of electrical equipment, PPM & reactive. Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance Person Specification: Previously worked within a maintenance environment Experience of electrical systems management and paperwork Experience of working with business critical equipment Post apprenticeship experience within a maintenance environment Recognized Electrical Qualification City & Guilds 18th Edition in Electrical Installations City & Guilds Test and Inspection Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary between £36,000 - £39,000 per annum (depending on experience) Van & fuel card supplied Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) Participation in an ‘out of hours’ on call rota (to be confirmed) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Generous workplace pension scheme Training, development & progression opportunities
