Gold ESP Boundary Supervisor/MWO S3 RAF Odiham, Hook, RG29 1QT Permanent Part Time, 15 hours per week Flexible working week Salary £16,357.38 per annum plus benefits We have an exciting opportunity to join the team here at RAF Odiham as a Gold ESP Boundary Supervisor. The CESA (ERF) contract ensures provision of serviceableT55 engines and accessories to the RAF Chinook platform at both RAF Odiham and RAF Benson. The Engine Repair Facility (ERF) is positioned at RAF Odiham and operate across the forward/depth interface to deliver this service. Their purpose is to deliver ML1/ML2 maintenance solutions to engines and LRIs thereby negating the need to return them to industry. ERF General Responsibilities: Manage and conduct all 55-L-714A Engine Depth B maintenance and rectification work. Manage and conduct the fault diagnosis, testing and preservation of 55-L-714A Engines using the HUETH 55-L-714A Engine conditioning – conditioning beyond Depth B will be on consultation with the on – site Boeing field Service Engineer who controls the TRC. Manage and conduct Line 2 maintenance and repair of Titan APU Carry out Titan post Bay Maintenance and rectification using APU running rig APU conditioning – conditioning beyond Depth B will be on consultation with ChDT who controls the TRC and Boeing field Service Engineer. Prepare serviceable dressed, handed and GOLDesp compliant 55-L-714A engines and Titan APU engines to Boeing. Prepare unserviceable 55-L-714A and Titan APU conditioned repairable at Depth for dispatch. Prepare serviceable undressed engines from Depth for dispatch to Boeing GOLD ESP/MWO S3 Supervisor Responsibility (PT): GOLD ESP Supervisors are responsible to the Workshop Manager/Senior Supervisor for: The timely completion of maintenance/tasks as required by the Contract, correct completion of documentation in accordance with the Customers procedures and ensuring that all necessary signatures are completed. Update state sheet and management board. Register component in/out book. Raise manual paperwork in F700. Check location of component on GOLDesp and SEG code cx Cross check GOLDesp, Log Card and LITS to ensure life correct, adjust as necessary, investigate history. Carry out visual acceptance or re-cat component if required. Close paperwork and print F731. Update log card and GOLDesp. Run reports – structure, ERC, QA Any reasonable additional tasks that are required to support contract requirements.
