Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with students across various age groups to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. This role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) that support each student's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
* Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
* Provide direct therapy services to students.
* Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals.
* Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech and language therapy.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
* Valid state licence and certification (e.g., CCC-SLP).
* Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
