Job description: This is a part-time, short-term temporary booking. Initial handover on the 21st August ideally. Working either 3 hours on 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) or could accommodate longer hours on fewer days if that suits better. This role is supporting a really hard-working local small charity, covering for someone who will be off for around 6 weeks. This person is rather pivotal and handles a great many things for them. However, the role will be reduced with some of the responsibilities being looked after by other team members. Therefore, we need a strong administrator with good attention to detail. If you have experience of processing invoices, this would be useful. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential, and any experience within Finance or HR would be advantageous, although not essential. We need someone who is local to Basingstoke as this will be on-site in their offices in an unusual location. The successful candidate will need to go through the safer recruiting process too.
