Job summary We are recruiting a fixed term 12 months (until 11/05/2026) Medical Staffing Support Manager for Critical Care services at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. This role is key in supporting our Medical workforce working alongside our Medical Staffing Manager in staff rostering and leading on recruitment for our Intensive Care medical teams. Forward planning is key to ensure smooth running's of our services therefore excellent organisational skills is paramount. You will be working with a large workforce of clinicians and managers of all tiers. Main duties of the job The post holder will take responsibility for the administration of medical staffing issues throughout Critical Care directorate including assisting in the recruitment of medical staffing of all tiers, recording and monitoring of leave and booking of locums.
