Description
As our Retail Sales Assistant, you will assist in the day-to-day running of the Elemis Account by driving the sales of Elemis products. Your passion for Elemis and providing exceptional product knowledge to ensure strong sales KPIS are essential in this role.
As a retail expert, you will ensure link selling and eventing is key to your remit reporting into the Retail Development Consultant.
Your organisation and attention to detail will ensure that the Company standards are always maintained, through the delivery of an exceptional Elemis journey for each client.

What Will You Do?
* To pro-actively and enthusiastically drive sales and ensure that both personal targets and counter targets are met, and to strive to exceed set targets.
* To raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients in the product and range.
* To participate fully in promotional / PR activity and ensure the success of the promotion and/or event.
* Ensure products prescribed are appropriate to clients' needs and take into account medical contraindications.
* To assist the Account Management Team in accurately recording sales figures and stock levels to meet and exceed KPI’s as agreed by the business.
* To maintain the Elemis counter to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
* Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard and to handle any client complaints promptly and consult the Account Management Team in all cases.
* Ensure that all details regarding clients are kept in the strictest of confidence, locked away and information is never discussed with inappropriate parties either inside or outside of the Company.

* To carry out other duties as so requested by management at time to time.
The Perfect Candidate:
* 3 years strong proven track record in sales and link selling
* Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent
* Proven sales record
* Passionate in achieving results in a target driven environment.
* Previous experience working with a premium skincare brand with color
* Elemis treatment and product knowledge*
* Knowledge of the Elemis Company philosophy*
