We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading providers of behavioural care and specialist support services for an RMN to join the team within a 52 bedded acute mental health hospital near Nottingham comprising of two adult acute wards and 2 Psychiatric Intensive Care Units.
Responsibilities
1. Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder.
2. Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement.
3. Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice.
4. Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress.
5. At a more senior level, you’ll also need to lead shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team.

This is a full time permanent post and offers a salary of £32,760.00 - £38,716 plus:
