Senior Associate – Housing and Regeneration - Up to £80K Salary
The Role
This is a fantastic chance to join a well-established, forward-thinking and dynamic team with a national reputation in the housing and regeneration sector. The team handles a broad spectrum of work, including development projects, security charging, stock transfer, and leasehold projects, making it one of the largest and most versatile teams in the country.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Investigating titles and reporting to clients
* Acquiring sites, land, and properties for residential housing developments
* Resolving complex title, planning, estate management, and infrastructure matters
* Managing a diverse caseload of significant and sensitive cases
* Collaborating with plot sales, assets, planning, and securitization teams to achieve client objectives
* Acting as the escalation point for complex matters and providing technical guidance to team members
* Building strong client relationships and ensuring service excellence
* Delivering training to clients and internal team members
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in development projects, with knowledge of security charging, stock transfers, and leasehold matters being advantageous
* A strong track record of managing complex transactions and achieving client-focused results
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
* Professional communication abilities with a client-centric approach
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor junior team members
* At least 5 years post-qualification experience
