We have a new vacancy for an established client of ours who are based on the outskirts of Cheltenham.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Effectively process customer orders within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Manage open order book, paying particular attention to overdue lines.
3. Support managing the UK Sales purchasing process, ensuring items are invoiced promptly (within 24 hrs of despatch).
4. Maximise sales value to our customers, including add-ons and link sales.
5. Answer customers' queries promptly via phone or email.
6. Work towards a 0% error rate for our customers.

Role Purpose:
To provide commercial and sales support to our UK and ROI customers, Sales Engineers, and Project Management teams by processing orders for products, packages, and contracts from initial enquiry through to purchasing and invoicing whilst maximising sales opportunities (upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers).
