You will join a supportive and nurturing Additional Learning Support Team, committed to meeting the ever-changing educational and disability needs of our learners. The ideal candidate will be ambitious for our learners, and focused on helping those with additional needs reach their full potential. This role involves working with learners both inside and outside the classroom, collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and carers, and providing support for both academic and personal needs. You will be educated to at least level 3 or above or equivalent and have experience and understanding of providing support to others, ideally to learners in a Level 3, post 16 learning environment.
