Within the Care in the Home division, we support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker to support our young clients in their family homes in Lordswood (Southampton) and Winchester.
When you'll be working:
* Waking nights
* 1 night a week in Lordswood (Southampton) - 10pm-8am
* Plus 1-2 nights a week in Winchester - 8pm-8am
* We require candidates who are flexible on what nights of the week they can work
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support a 13 year old boy with complex health needs in his family home in Lordswood (Southampton), and a 5 year old girl with epilepsy and learning disabilities in her home in Winchester, doing waking night shifts. This will involve staying awake for the full duration of the shift to support them.
Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.

* £12.25 up to £12.50 per hour (depending on experience)
