What you'll do
As a Senior MI Analyst at Sainsbury's Customer Contact division, your role will involve governing the reporting process to provide stakeholders across the Contact Centre with clear and actionable insights. You will be responsible for delivering accurate reporting within deadlines, developing and maintaining professional reports, data outputs, and dashboards that fulfil end user requirements. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholder groups, offering potential improvements to briefs and solutions. You will work with large, complex data sets to support continuous improvement activities, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and prioritising work by value. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Planning and Business Intelligence teams to develop holistic, customer-centric, and operationally balanced outputs, and continuously expand your knowledge of customers and the business to enhance data and reporting capabilities. Lastly, you will contribute to maintaining quality standards in MI outputs, identifying data quality issues, and engaging MI Developers and Manager as needed.
Who you are
As a Senior MI Analyst for Sainsbury's Customer Care and Customer Contact division, you are a highly skilled professional with a strong background in contact centre operations and customer service. With your advanced proficiency in SQL, particularly PostgreSQL, and experience in creating dashboards using PowerBI, you possess the technical expertise to gather and analyse data, and deliver clear and actionable insights to stakeholders. Your ability to engage stakeholders with data-led stories enables you to drive positive change and identify opportunities for improvement within the contact centre landscape. With your passion for delivering impactful analysis and ensuring a customer-focused and commercially balanced approach, you contribute to the continuous improvement of the MI toolkit and processes.
