About This Opportunity
Are you ready to make a real impact in safeguarding children and young people? Join our team as part of the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) service, an essential function within the Children and Family Wellbeing Directorate.
The LADO service plays a crucial role in managing allegations against individuals working with children and young people, ensuring these matters are handled professionally and in line with statutory responsibilities.
In This Role, You Will
* Provide high-level support to the LADO team, helping them deliver their statutory duties effectively and efficiently.
* Support and coordinate key systems, processes, and functions to ensure timely responses and adherence to established standards.
* Contribute to the strategic direction and success of the LADO Service Development Plan.
