We are an award-winning family-run business that has been operating for 7+ years within the food industry. We manufacture/produce freeze-dried fruit, colours, flavours, extracts, and sprinkles, amongst other things.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who can fit well within our growing team and will bring new ideas and concepts to the table.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Book Keeping (10%)
2. Purchasing (50%)
3. Customer Care (40%)
Duties will include:
1. Working with our accounts manager, invoicing and reconciling (across our 3 sister companies) in their absence.
2. Liaising with the stock controller and general manager to purchase stock based on requirements and expected forecast.
3. Creating and sending invoices.
4. Communicating with the directors with accounting information and stock control.
5. Processing customer requests/orders into our operating system.
6. Customer account management - calling customers and gathering as much information as possible, hopefully leading to a sale.
7. Creating and managing accounts with payment terms.
8. Operating the system for any requests, both internally and externally.
