Your New Position
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to our site. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication and a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include:
· Answering Calls: Ensure all incoming calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate person within the business.
· Greeting Visitors: Greet all visitors, ensure they are signed in, and provide them with a visitor High Viz Vest.
· Visitor Management: Ensure all visitors are directed to the correct person they are visiting and are aware of the Fire Evacuation Procedure. Ensure they sign out when their visit is complete.
· Employee Access: Issue new employees with a Gate & Tunstall Pass and set up the appropriate level of access.
· Email Management: Monitor and respond to queries in all email boxes under the care of reception in a timely manner.
· Electronic POD Inbox: Ensure the electronic POD inbox is cleared regularly.
· Sample Requests: Handle any sample requests efficiently.
· Mail and Deliveries: Manage all deliveries and mail that come into reception.
· Staff Queries: Direct staff queries to the appropriate department.
