opportunity for you to join our awesome South Core Admin Team. You will be supporting with our Admin offer, which will include processing and investigating all types of invoices, bills and requisitions, supporting the Manager with key tasks and supporting the South regions.
Typical day as an Administrator
1. Providing a proactive administrative service to the team
2. To ensure that team time is managed effectively
3. The timely processing of invoices, bills and requisitions to ensure we are within SLA
4. Supporting regional colleagues with critical tasks that support our customers
5. Prioritising workload whilst working in a fast paced environment

You have
6. Previous admin experience with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met
7. Excellent working knowledge of office procedures with extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages including MS Work, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
8. You will be an effective team member and work with minimal supervision
9. The ability to use your own initiative

This is a new team with a new way of working; you will be key in supporting us to not only complete the main admin tasks, but also work with us to look at efficiencies and digital ways of working.
