Establishing a high-functioning corporate centre is business critical and will play a key role supporting the transformation of the whole council. Your portfolio of services will include:

2. IT and Digital
3. Corporate Estate and Facilities Management
4. Customer Services
5. PMO
All within the context of Europe’s largest authority. You will thrive on the challenge of building relationships and achieving true collaboration to centralise this huge portfolio and dispersed workforce. As our new executive director, you will play a pivotal role in Birmingham’s improvement journey and influence every part of the council.
