Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Glasgow City. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance and financial solutions. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, presenting product offerings, and closing sales. The role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated on industry trends, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
* Knowledge of insurance and financial products is an advantage
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
