Find out about living and working here - Main duties will include processing of cancer referrals sent into the Trust by GP's & booking urgent new appointments in accordance with the timeframes set out within the National Cancer Waiting Times Guidance.
You will be responsible for contacting patients by telephone to invite them to urgent appointments within the next 14 days.

We are looking for a vibrant, confident person to join our Cancer Hub at Colchester General Hospital to help deliver a high quality service
This role is a Fixed Term/Secondment until 30th June 2025
We need key staff, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
You must have basic keyboard skills and have a clear and confident telephone manner. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar environment within an NHS setting.
