In the role of Lecturer in English, you'll be based across our sites and your focus will be on delivering curriculum, using a range of digital resources, to ensure our learners receive a high quality and relevant learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing and delivering high quality lessons across the department.
2. Managing the organisation of your courses and completing administrative tasks as required.
3. Monitoring and assessing learners in accordance with quality standards both internal and external.
You'll ideally have a degree in a relevant subject (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in working with young people. It's important that you're able to communicate effectively and engage with learners. You must be able to work in a team and demonstrate our college values of Kindness, Unity, and Excellence in your role.
Due to the nature of our work, it's essential you're committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
