Are you an experienced Administrator with a passion for making a positive impact in the community? You will be joining a well-established charity, who are focused on improving health, well-being, social inclusion and communities through physical activity. You will temporarily be based in Stafford until May 2025. From May 2025, you will be based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility available. The employee works two days in the office and three days from home. Standard hours are 35 per week, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday through Friday. As the Administrator, your duties will include: Providing administration support to the team, including managing the organisation's email inbox, responding to enquiries, and forwarding them to the respective teams where necessary Coordinating room bookings for meetings and events and handling travel arrangements Preparing agendas for meetings and taking minutes Assisting with the onboarding process for new staff, which includes posting adverts, preparing offer letters, conducting right-to-work checks, arranging DBS checks and references Providing support to staff with IT issues by liaising with external IT partners and the in-house IT team Working on various administration projects as required As the Administrator, you will have: Previous administration experience A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Strong communication and organisational skills IT literate - experience in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint would be an advantage You may have experience in any of the following: Administration Officer, Office Administrator, Receptionist, Office Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, Sales Administration, HR Assistant, HR Administrator, Admin Support You will receive a salary circa £25,000 per annum plus fantastic benefits
