The Role : An AJ100 are seeking an ARB-registered Architect with ample concept design experience. The ideal candidate should thrive in a collaborative team environment, possess leadership skills, and have the ability to motivate others. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to actively engage in various research and development initiatives while playing a pivotal role in the design process. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, confidently conveying their design concepts through various mediums, including hand sketching. Key Qualifications: A Project Architect with a demonstrated track record of post-Part III experience. Exceptional design skills and experience on riba stages 0-3. An interest in working on International projects Strong presentation and communication abilities. A profound interest in and knowledge of sustainable design principles. A passionate and enthusiastic individual with a flair for creative design. The capability to confidently present and communicate design narratives and conceptual ideas. Dedication to producing high-quality design documentation with meticulous attention to detail. Enjoyment of working as a team member in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and allocate time effectively. A willingness to participate in extracurricular studio activities, social events, and company functions. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with a good working understanding of Adobe software packages and Enscape, with opportunities for advanced training.
