Responsibilities: Design and execute the launch of new investment products and separately managed accounts, ensuring alignment with client needs and market opportunities Oversee strategic product initiatives including structuring, mergers, closures, and enhancement of existing offerings Partner with stakeholders across the business to resolve technical challenges and drive product innovation for alternatives and private markets Develop strategic proposals and business cases for new product launches, particularly in alternatives and private markets Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy Contribute to key governance meetings and product committees Requirements: Extensive knowledge of alternative investments and private markets, alongside broad exposure to traditional asset classes Strong understanding of investment vehicles (onshore and offshore) and institutional products, including but not limited to UCITS, UCI Part II, Australian Unit Trusts, Cayman Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion
