Market leaders in the design and manufacture of industrial steam boilers and other large products are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide preventative and corrective maintenance for well-known large brands. The Field Service Engineer will have completed a level 3 NVQ in a relevant technical subject and have previous experience in electrical and mechanical engineering. In addition, they will need to have a gas qualification, experience working around combustion, and a UK driving licence. This role is home-based.

1. Ensure proper management of technical assistance contracts
2. Preventive and corrective maintenance
3. Water treatment monitoring
4. Burner settings optimisation
5. Optimisation operations or components renewal
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
1. Completed minimum NVQ level 3 apprenticeship in a technical subject
2. Previous electro-mechanical experience
3. Attained industrial or commercial gas qualification
4. Combustion experience
5. Full, clean driving licence
6. Able to work under own supervision
7. Good customer service skills
Desirables:
1. Knowledge of electronic burner management controls
Salary: £40,000 + OT/bonus (OTE £45-48k)
