Job Title: Senior Manager of Operations Technology & Certinia Solutions
## About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and adaptable Senior Manager to lead our Operations Technology initiatives within a matrix team structure, with Certinia as our core operational platform. This key role will be responsible for orchestrating the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Certinia and related technologies to enhance operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will excel at influencing without direct authority, fostering collaboration across various departments, and aligning diverse teams towards common goals.
## Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional matrix team comprising technology specialists, business analysts, and departmental representatives in the continuous improvement of our Certinia implementation and integrated systems
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize the value of Certinia as the central platform in our operational technology ecosystem, working collaboratively with various department heads
- Coordinate with functional managers to ensure Certinia-related projects and initiatives are properly resourced and prioritized within their respective departments
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members from different functional areas, ensuring a cohesive approach to Certinia optimization and integration
- Develop and maintain a tactical roadmap for Certinia enhancements and integrations, aligning with broader organizational goals and departmental needs
- Oversee change management initiatives across multiple departments to ensure successful adoption of new Certinia features and related processes
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Certinia and related operational technology initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders to define success metrics
- Implement and maintain best practices for Certinia usage, data management, and system security across the organization
- Manage relationships with Certinia support teams and other relevant technology vendors, representing the interests of all involved departments
- Work closely with IT and other departmental teams to ensure Certinia integrations adhere to company-wide technology standards and security protocols
- Stay informed about Certinia updates and new features, evaluating their potential value to our operations in consultation with various departmental leaders
- Provide regular reports and presentations to upper management and key stakeholders on the status, performance, and future plans for Certinia and related operational technologies
- Mentor and develop team members across different functional areas, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in Certinia expertise
## Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in operations technology management, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Certinia
- Proven track record of successful Certinia implementations or major enhancement projects in a matrix or cross-functional environment
- Strong understanding of business operations across multiple departments and how Certinia can drive operational efficiency
- Experience in leading and influencing teams in a matrix structure without direct line authority
- Solid knowledge of system integrations, data management, and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Certinia administration certification is required; additional certifications in project management or related fields are a plus
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple concurrent initiatives across different functional areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
