Inbound Call Centre Operative - Sickness Cover
Location: Daventry (office based)
Shifts: Vary from AM, PM, and nights - YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT
Pay: £11.56 (1700 - 2100) / £13.56 (2100 - 0200)
We are looking for an experienced customer services person who can work as bank staff within a busy call centre in Daventry to cover staff sickness and holidays. You could be called for an AM, PM, or NIGHT SHIFT - so you MUST be able to work any shift!
This job is perfect for students looking to pick up extra shifts or for someone who just wants a few shifts here and there to work around family!
You will be taking calls from social services, police, and other official bodies, handling the call, booking appropriate adults to attend interviews, and managing a diary.
This role involves the use of computers, lots of inbound calls, and a fast-paced environment working within a smaller team.
To be considered, you MUST:
* Be local to Daventry
* Be reliable enough to work the shift pattern
* Possess excellent communication skills
* Have good personal organization
* Be willing to see problems without competition
This role offers you:
* £11.56 per hour for the first half of the shift and £13.56 for the remaining half each day.
