About The Role
Morrison Energy Services are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to work on our Gas Transmission division. This is a home-based role supporting projects across the UK.
As the Commercial Administrator your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Maintain an efficient and accurate system for ordering and monitoring all purchase orders for the contract
- Collate and submit payroll details for the contract to Head Office
- Coordinate the training needs for the contract and liaise with our training team
- Update local records for compliance ensuring data accuracy
- Request and monitor the plant and materials for the whole contract and provide governance to the commercial team
- Liaise and support our operational function, including supervisors and managers for the day to day running of the contract
- General Admin Support for the Commercial Team
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience
- Effective communication skills
- Experience working in an operational role within the utilities/construction sector is desirable
- Excellent time keeping and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Positive attitude and a desire to deliver an excellent service
