How can you unearth the possibilities with Nufarm?
As a Mechanical Integrity Engineer at Nufarm, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of our mechanical assets. Working within the Asset Integrity group, you will manage and coordinate remedial work activities, maintain compliance with key regulations such as COMAH Reg. 5 and PSSR, and contribute to continuous improvement in mechanical integrity processes.
What’s possible?
* Managing and coordinating all remedial work activities arising from COMAH Reg. 5 and PSSR inspections.
* Performing fit-for-service assessments for mechanical equipment.
* Developing and specifying work instructions for remedial work and creating detailed execution plans.
* Collaborating with planners to ensure efficient scheduling of remedial work.
* Managing and auditing contractors to ensure all work is carried out safely and meets Nufarm’s high standards.
* Maintaining the Work Instruction (WI) register to track remedial work progress.
* Overseeing CAPEX, cost control, and purchase orders related to remedial works.
* Managing CMMS (Oracle) activities associated with asset integrity and remedial works.
* Leading and participating in MOC (Management of Change), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and event investigations.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mechanical integrity processes.
What do you bring?
You’re an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong understanding of asset integrity management. You bring a degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng. Hons or equivalent) and expertise in regulatory compliance related to mechanical assets.
You are detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your excellent problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to collaborate across teams, enable you to drive continuous improvement in asset integrity and safety. You take ownership of your responsibilities and thrive in a team-focused, safety-first environment.
