Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a hands-on, operational HR role where you will gain exposure and experience that is hard to find in todays market, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Role: Driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Developing and implementing new HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and business objectives. Supporting organisational design and workforce planning to enhance team effectiveness and talent growth. Collaborating with key HR functions such as Recruitment and Learning & Development to support business needs. Exposure to handling complex employee relations cases, including performance and conduct matters, ensuring fair and effective resolution. Exposure to managing key HR programs such as performance appraisals, salary benchmarking, and bonus structures. Ideal Candidate Will Be: At least 1 years HR experiencein a fast paced environment. Strong communicator with a people-first approach, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A proactive problem solver, capable of working autonomously and taking initiative to drive HR solutions. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Adaptable to various HR systems and platforms, ensuring seamless integration into company processes.
